Alex McCann
Managing Director
Alex graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication. She has been a Series 7 licensed broker since 1997. She managed the operations of several institutional bond departments during her 30+ year career, including US Bancorp Investments. In 2020, Alex purchased TVI and is now the only 100% woman owned institutional bond firm in America. While running TVI, she provides fixed income securities to over 150 clients across the West Coast.
In her spare time, Alex enjoys being with her husband and daughter as well as spending time with friends. She loves being outdoors around a bon fire as well as learning how to do yoga.
Peter Becker
Vice President
Peter has been assisting public funds investors since he joined TVI in 2011. He graduated from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. He holds several certifications, including Series 7, 63, and 66 registrations. Peter’s primary roles at TVI include assisting institutional investors with the implementation and continuation of their investment portfolios. He is also a regular speaker at various public entity conferences and trainings regarding public funds investing.
Chris Bateman

Chris Bateman helps institutional investors implement new investment programs and review the structure of existing investment portfolios. He has been invited to speak on public funds investing at the Washington Finance Officers Association conference and the California Municipal Treasurers Association conference. Chris graduated with honors from Seattle University School of Law and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Brigham Young University.
Aaron Bonck, CFA
Vice President
Aaron assists public entities throughout the Western states with a full range of public funds investing services. This includes establishing Investment Policies aligning with GFOA’s Best Practices, opening necessary custody accounts, defining portfolio structure and risk tolerance, and finding investments that fit within the given portfolio structure. Aaron regularly attends statewide public entity finance conferences and has frequently been involved in teaching public funds investing sessions, including TVI’s popular “Public Funds Investing Made Easy” class.
Additionally, Aaron researches and disseminates the firm’s Monthly Market Update for Public Entities that goes out to over 1,000 public entity finance professionals. On the same day as the Market Update, he also presents the popular “Behind the Numbers” webinar where he takes a deeper, more informative look at the information and data in the Market Update.
Aaron is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter holder.
Harrison Stenberg
Vice President, Investment Adviser

Harrison works as an institutional investment specialist for public entities across several states. He assists clients with opening custody accounts and developing portfolios in alignment with state and local policies. He frequently attends public finance conferences and has taught at many conferences on the topic of public funds investing. Harrison received his degree in Finance from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business as one of six Foster graduates to also earn University Honors distinction.
Jen Kramer

Jen graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities. She has spent the past 30 years supporting top salespeople and holding operational roles, mostly in the financial industry. As TVI’s COO, she aims to tactically support the team and their clients with excellence and is eager to engage with business strategy when it is possible.
When not at work, Jen loves being with her husband, son, and her friends in beautiful Southern Oregon. Her favorite activities are golfing, hiking, and yoga.
Caleb Norman
Investment Advisor
Caleb started his financial career with TVI as an intern back in 2021. He worked in that capacity for little over a year before taking a break by serving an LDS mission for 2 years. When he returned from his time serving, he decided to continue working for TVI but in a different capacity, as an Investment Adviser. He currently holds several certifications, including the Series 7 and 66 registrations. Caleb's primary roles include assisting institutional investors align their portfolios according to state statutes, investment policies, and goals.
When Caleb is not in the office you can often catch him either reading or fishing in a nearby river.

As TVI's Executive Assistant, Steph supports not only the executives, but rest of the TVI team and their clients with day-to-day administration, operations and projects.
When not at work, Steph loves being with her significant other, friends and family. Her favorite activities are fishing, golfing, hiking, and paddleboarding.
